My muscle cramps keep coming back?

What are muscle cramps?
When the muscle contracts and sends out painful spasms, and you cannot relax it and it gets worse when you try to move, you are probably getting muscle cramps.
There are three different muscles that are common to get muscle cramps, they are:
- quadriceps (front of the thigh)
- hamstrings (back of the thigh)
- gastrocnemius (calf)

- not enough warm ups before exercise
- overuse of the muscle

- Drink more water to replenish your body’s fluid
